Rachel graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in 1997, and has worked in various practices in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Rachel met Will when she did practical work here as a student and they were married in 2003. Will and Rachel have three children, Aislinn, Liam and Niamh.

Rachel enjoys being back at work part-time, while Will minds the kids.
